Today's Holidays

Celebrate the weird stuff. We do.

Holiday #1 of 4

National Lazy Day

National Lazy Day is that sacred little speed bump on the calendar where we all agree—out loud—that productivity is mostly a scam we keep paying into like it’s a retirement plan. It’s not about “self-care,” it’s about civil disobedience in sweatpants: no errands, no hustle, no pretending your inbox is a moral obligation. The rules are simple—cancel something, sit down like you mean it, and let the world keep spinning without your heroic involvement. And if you feel guilty, congratulations: you’ve just identified the exact problem this holiday was invented to aggravate.
