Woman Wanted For Murder In Walton County

WEAR TV3— Authorities in Walton County are searching for 38-year-old Isabelle Johnson, who is wanted on an open count of murder following the discovery of human remains buried in a shallow grave on a Freeport property. Investigators say Johnson, who has ties to both the Freeport area and Georgia and is known to use multiple aliases, is believed to be actively avoiding capture. Three other individuals have been arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to capital murder for allegedly helping Johnson evade law enforcement. Officials are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact the Walton County Sheriff's Office or Crime Stoppers and caution the public not to approach her if she is seen.

Woman Charged After Shoeless Boy Was Spotted In Navarre

WEAR TV3— A Navarre woman is facing child neglect charges after deputies found a young boy walking barefoot and alone along a roadway. According to investigators, a concerned passerby alerted authorities after spotting the child without supervision. Deputies were able to identify the child's home and determined he had left the residence unnoticed. The woman was arrested on charges related to failing to properly supervise the child, and the case has been referred to the Florida Department of Children and Families for further investigation.

Folks fire up grills like they’re powering the grid, tell the same stories like they’re preserving history, and dress like the dress code is “gas station at midnight.” It’s absurd, sure—but it’s also a reminder that America’s real pastime isn’t baseball, it’s turning questionable choices into tradition.</p>
