In a concurrent leadership transition, Tomio P. Brown Sr. became the wing’s new command chief, replacing Adam J. Guest. Keithley expressed gratitude for the opportunity, praising the 96th Test Wing’s long-standing reputation for excellence and its recent accomplishments, while emphasizing his admiration for the team’s consistent performance and mission success.
