The results showed that 86 percent of Miami residents rated local drivers a 7 or higher, with 10 labeled as “extremely annoying,” and the study also gave Miami top marks for drivers being the most annoying, aggressive, rude, and unpleasant. Americans Working Multiple Jobs Becoming More Common

APNewsAn increasing number of Americans are taking on multiple jobs, a trend known as “polyworking,” as a way to achieve greater financial security amid stagnant wages, rising inflation, and concerns about layoffs. Rather than depending on a single income, many workers are building backup revenue streams through side hustles such as freelancing, running online shops, using gig apps, or working part-time event jobs. Experts note that this shift is driven less by career ambition and more by the desire for stability, as a slowing job market and high-profile layoffs push workers to seek financial cushions and greater control over their economic futures.

Today's Holidays

Celebrate the weird stuff. We do.

Holiday #1 of 4

National Flannel Day

National Flannel Day is that magical time of year when people celebrate the one fabric that screams “lumberjack cosplay” and “I peaked in '98” simultaneously. It’s a holiday built for folks who think scratchy shirts and seasonal depression go hand in hand. Nothing says cultural renaissance like wearing the same thing your uncle wore to court and your ex wore to Coachella. So go ahead—wrap yourself in plaid, pretend it’s tradition, and ignore the fact you paid $80 to look like a couch from a hunting cabin.
