When Mama Says "Clean Your Room"... Do it!

NY Post— In Miami-Dade County, Florida, 37-year-old Maria Carla Rodriguez was arrested after an argument with her teenage son over unfinished chores escalated into violence. Police say Rodriguez woke her son around 9:20 p.m. when she discovered he hadn't completed his tasks. After he dropped a fork while washing dishes, she allegedly threw the utensil at his head, then beat him with a broomstick, causing bruises on his arms and chest. Later, she reportedly sprayed a cleaning product in his face while he was cleaning the bathroom, irritating his eyes. Rodriguez faces charges of aggravated assault and battery with a deadly weapon and is being held in jail without bond.

Trucker Finds Surprise In His Trailer

WEAR TV— A truck driver in Whiteland, Indiana, made a shocking discovery after stopping at a Pilot Travel Center when he found his trailer had been tampered with and was carrying millions of dollars’ worth of cocaine. Police responded around 5 p.m. after a report of suspicious activity and learned the driver noticed a broken seal during a pre-trip inspection. Officers opened the trailer and found ten unauthorized boxes containing 159 kilograms, or about 350 pounds, of cocaine, with an estimated street value of $16 million—possibly one of the largest cocaine seizures in Indiana history. Authorities are still searching for suspects, and the drugs have since been scheduled for destruction due to security and storage concerns.

Trump Announces Bonus Check for 1.4 Million Military
